Global magazine PRWeek names Ibrahim Al-Mutawa among the most influential public relations leaders in the Middle East for the third consecutive year.

PRWeek, the global publication specializing in public relations and communications, has named Ibrahim Al-Mutawa—President and Co-founder of Jamar PR—to its list of the most influential leaders in the Middle East’s PR and communications sector for 2025. This marks the third consecutive year Al-Mutawa has been included in the annual list, which highlights regional industry pioneers who are shaping the future of the communications landscape.

“This recognition reflects the collective effort of our team at Jamar and the trust our clients place in us,” said Al-Mutawa. “We consistently focus on developing communication strategies that are effective, authentic, and deeply rooted in our understanding of the local context.”

Established in Riyadh in 2021, Jamar PR has distinguished itself through a strategic approach that blends deep insight into local cultural nuances with international best practices. In just four years, the firm has cemented its position as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading public relations agencies.

Jamar’s client portfolio includes three of the largest companies listed on the Saudi stock exchange: Flynas (the world’s leading low-cost airline and the first of its kind in the Middle East), Al Rajhi Bank (the region’s largest bank by market capitalization), and Taiba (a leader in the Kingdom’s hospitality and real estate sectors). The firm also serves numerous government and private sector entities across the technology, finance, real estate, energy, media, and entertainment industries. Jumar is the Saudi partner of PROI, the largest and most significant global alliance of independent communication agencies, comprising 90 public relations firms operating in 165 cities across 60 countries.
